Troy and his team were professional and great to work with! They were able to get us a quote in a timely manner, answered all our questions along the way, (even after the job was complete, e.g. questions about the Fortis rebate, etc. ) he didn't try to up-sell us but just presented the options with pros and cons. We are happy with our new Furnace and A/C and would recommend Kelly's Climate Control to anyone who asks!

Troy provided an excellent service - managed to fit us in between other calls on a very busy day. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and had the spare part with him to replace the capacitor at the same visit. The charge was reasonable. I highly recommend Kelly's Climate Control.

Troy has been helping us for a few years. He has maintained our furnace and our AC. Anytime we have needed him he has been right over. I had to call him for a last min fix and he was swamped but he still found time to make it out the same day and fix the issue. I highly recommend Troy, he is fair, honest and reliable. We have been very thankful to have his number more than a few times.

Excellent Service and attention to detail! Troy Kelly was prompt and extremely thorough when he came to provide a quote to replace my furnace. He spent several hours going through the condition and design of the existing furnace and venting before providing a very detailed quote. The subsequent installation was done with the same attention to detail and customer care. Troy was responsive to all of my questions and helped put me at ease with any concerns I had. I am very happy with the final product and the service I received. In addition to the great service, the products are rated well and affordable.
